Shipping for one folded map is
$2.50; add $1.00 for each additional folded map.
Shipping for laminated maps is $5.00 for each map.
Add 7.8 percent sales tax if your
order is shipped to Washington state.
On a piece of paper, list the types
(folded or laminated) and quantities of maps you
wish to order. Include a check payable to Don Douglass
for the total cost of the maps, plus shipping and
Washington state sales tax if applicable. Sorry,
no credit card orders at this time. Allow two weeks
